This project was a full tear-off of existing roofing system which consisted of two layers of Built Up Roofing and wood fiberboard. We then installed new 1/2" OSB roof sheathing and new 1/2" fanfold insulation recovery board. We then installed new Charcoal 50 mil Duro-Tuff membrane. Last we installed new 8" Duro-Last T-edge and custom bent counterflashing and parapet wall coping by Exceptional Metals, a division of Duro-Last.
